What we mold for supplement brands

Supplement packaging is a short list of formats produced in very high volume. That is exactly what our lines are built for. PET stretch blow from 600 ml to 2,800 ml, extrusion blow for HDPE, and injection molding from 168 to 500 tons for closures, jars, and scoops.

PET Packer Bottles

600 ml to 2,800 ml on our stretch blow lines. Clear or amber, round or square shoulder. The workhorse format for capsule, tablet, and softgel counts.

HDPE Packer Bottles

Extrusion blown in white, natural, or custom color. Opaque wall for light-sensitive formulas, at a lower unit cost than PET at the same fill volume.

Wide-Mouth Jars

Injection molded PET and PP for powders, gummies, and scoop-dispensed products. Neck and body sized around your scoop and your filling line.

Child-Resistant Closures

Push-and-turn and squeeze-and-turn CR caps molded in-house on unscrewing and multi-cavity tooling, matched to your neck finish.

Liners & Sealing

Induction seal, pressure-sensitive, and foam liners specified per formula. Tamper evidence engineered into the closure rather than added downstream.

Scoops & Accessories

Injection molded dosing scoops and desiccant-compatible configurations quoted as part of the pack, not sourced separately.

Lines and ranges

The specs a packaging buyer uses to qualify or disqualify a supplier. If your part falls outside these ranges, we will say so instead of quoting it.

PET stretch blow

Packer bottles and wide-mouth PET jars, 600 ml to 2,800 ml. Six lines at Hai Duong Factory 1.

Extrusion blow

HDPE packer and squeeze formats. Four lines at Hai Duong, additional capacity at Jiangyin.

Injection molding

Closures, CR caps, PP jars, and scoops. 168T to 500T press range across 22 machines, including five preform units.

Decoration

Silk screen, hot foil stamping, pad printing, and labeling. Handled in-house at both plants, not subcontracted.

Resins

PET, HDPE, PP, and PCR blends. 25 to 50 percent post-consumer recycled content available in HDPE and PET.

Tooling

In-house mold shop with CAD/CAM, CNC, and EDM. Class 101 hardened steel tooling rated to one million shots.

Supplement packaging carries documentation requirements that most packaging suppliers gloss over until after you have paid for a mold. Here is where we actually stand.

Clean-room production

Our second Hai Duong building includes a dedicated clean-room and purification workshop built for food-grade and pharma-grade work. It is not in production yet. If your program requires clean-room molding, ask us for current status before you commit volume. We will give you the real timeline rather than a target date.

Documentation varies

Food-contact declarations, migration testing, and regulatory paperwork differ by resin, by destination market, and by SKU. Tell us your documentation requirements when you request pricing. We will confirm in writing what we can and cannot supply before you spend money on tooling.

ISO 9001:2015 at Hai Duong through January 2028, issued by SGS. ISO 13485:2016 at Jiangyin through April 2027, issued by Bureau Veritas, scoped to passive medical device packaging. SCAN supply chain security audit scored at 93 percent. Full certificates on request.
