Jadewell started with a straightforward problem: brands buying plastic packaging were paying trading company markups on top of factory pricing, and getting slower answers for it. Our founder had already spent years in plastics manufacturing before deciding to build a factory that sold directly, without a broker in between. That meant lower cost and faster answers for the people actually placing the order.

That is still how Jadewell operates today. We work directly with the brands ordering from us, not through a trading company, and we have added a second facility in Vietnam to give U.S. customers a lower-tariff option without changing the quality or the process. From a first sample run to a full container order, the goal has not changed: cut out the markup, keep the answers direct.
