Trigger spray is a bottle-and-closure system. The sprayer head, dip tube length, and bottle neck have to be specified together, because a dip tube that does not reach the base leaves product in the bottle and a mismatched neck leaks.
We supply the bottle and the matched trigger head as one line item. That removes the most common failure point in this format, which is sourcing the two halves from different suppliers and discovering the fit problem after both are in the warehouse.
Capacity range: 90mL to 1000mL (3 oz to 33.8 oz), including 200, 210, 250, 270, 300, 350, 360, 500 and 720mL.
Neck sizes: 24mm and 28mm, matched to standard trigger head threads.

For solvent-bearing or high-pH cleaning chemistry, specify HDPE and tell us the formulation. Both the bottle resin and the sprayer gasket material need to be checked against it.
All sizes run from stock tooling with no mold charge on the bottle. MOQ starts at 10,000 units per size and color.
Trigger heads are a separate component with their own MOQ and lead time. Color-matching a trigger head to a custom bottle color adds lead time, so raise it early rather than after the bottle is approved.
