LDPE squeeze bottles for lotions and gels from Jadewell

Squeeze Bottles

What defines a squeeze bottle is the wall. The resin and wall thickness are engineered so the bottle deforms under normal hand pressure and returns fully to shape without permanent creasing.

Recovery behavior is the core specification. A wall that is too stiff frustrates the user. A wall that is too soft collapses and stays collapsed, which looks like a defect on shelf even when the product is fine.

Sizes & Materials

Capacity range: 60mL to 300mL (2 oz to 10.1 oz), including 90, 120, 150, 180, 240 and 250mL.

Resins:

  • LDPE. The primary squeeze resin. Highly branched, low crystallinity, excellent recovery and cold-temperature ductility.
  • PE. Density blended to tune wall stiffness against your viscosity and dispensing target.

PCR availability is limited on LDPE. Food-grade PCR LDPE supply is tight, though we can source it for non-food applications on request.

Applications

Lotions, gels, and creams dispensed by hand pressure. Condiments and sauces. Hair styling products.

Laboratory and industrial wash bottles. Any application where the user meters the dose by feel rather than by a pump.

Tooling & Minimum Order

All sizes run from stock tooling with no mold charge. MOQ starts at 10,000 units per size and color.

The practical guidance on squeeze programs: tell us the fill viscosity and the closure orifice before we quote. Wall thickness is tuned against both. A 3,000 cP lotion through a 2mm orifice needs a different wall than a thin serum through a 5mm one, and getting that wrong is the difference between a bottle people like using and one they return.

Tooling fee waived at 1,000,000 units. Available from both China and Vietnam.
