The oblong is a flattened, rounded-rectangle bottle with two broad flat faces and curved short sides. It is the most shelf-efficient shape in the catalog because flat faces pack against each other with almost no wasted space.
The broad front face is also the largest uninterrupted label area of any format we run, which is why it dominates in categories where the label has to carry regulatory copy, directions, and ingredient panels.
Capacity range: 24mL to 850mL (0.8 oz to 28.7 oz). Stock sizes include 30, 35, 50, 60, 80, 90, 100, 150, 200, 237, 245, 250, 280, 300, 330, 350, 370, 400, 420, 480, 500, 520, 600 and 750mL.
Neck sizes: 20mm through 38mm.

The 480mL PP option serves warm-fill and higher-temperature applications that the polyolefin and PET options cannot.
All sizes above run from existing tooling with no mold charge. MOQ starts at 10,000 units per size and color.
One design note: oblong bottles concentrate stress at the corner radii where the flat face meets the curved side. If your fill contains surfactants, specify a high-ESCR HDPE grade. A low-ESCR grade will stress-crack at those corners over shelf life. Tell us the fill and we will specify against it.
