The cylindrical bottle is the simplest geometry we run: straight sides, minimal shoulder, consistent diameter top to bottom.
A constant diameter means a full-wrap label applies without wrinkling or distortion, and it gives the highest volumetric efficiency per unit of shelf depth. It is the standard choice when the label carries the design work.
Capacity range: 30mL to 500mL (1 oz to 16.9 oz), including 88, 100, 135, 180, 190, 200, 250, 330 and 445mL.
Neck sizes: 20mm through 28mm.

All sizes run from stock tooling with no mold charge. MOQ starts at 10,000 units per size and color.
Cylindrical bottles are the least expensive format to tool custom, because the geometry is simple and the mold has no complex parting line. If you need a size we do not stock, this is the cheapest entry point into custom tooling. Fee waived at 1,000,000 units.
