The bullet, also called a cosmo round, is a tall cylindrical bottle with a gently tapered shoulder running into a narrow neck. It reads as more contemporary than a Boston round while keeping the same labeling advantage of straight sides.
The taller, narrower proportion is the reason brands specify it. It occupies less shelf width per unit of volume than a Boston round of the same capacity, which matters when a planogram allocates a fixed facing.
Capacity range: 20mL to 1000mL (0.7 oz to 33.8 oz), including 30, 50, 60, 65, 80, 100, 120, 180, 200, 250, 300, 400, 470, 500 and 690mL.
Neck sizes: 18mm through 28mm, with 24mm most commonly ordered.

PCR at 25-50% available in PET and HDPE.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the 250-500mL range, typically with a disc-top or pump closure. Lotions and hair treatments. Personal care where a taller silhouette carries the brand.
Smaller 20-100mL sizes serve facial oils, serums, and travel formats. The 690mL wheat straw option is used almost exclusively for refill and sustainability programs.
All sizes above run from stock tooling with no mold charge. MOQ starts at 10,000 units per size and color.
Custom shoulder profiles or proprietary shapes require new tooling, designed and cut in-house. The tooling fee is waived at 1,000,000 units.
The same tooling runs at both our China and Vietnam plants. Request both quotes. Vietnam origin currently lands at roughly 16.5 percent combined US duty versus roughly 40 percent from China.
